The products ordered by you are packed by us with due diligence so that they reach you quickly and safely. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, but due to the variety of products offered, some of them require direct delivery from the manufacturer, which affects the shipping date. The description of each product includes information about the shipping time in working days, which specifies the estimated time from the moment the order is placed to the moment the package is sent for transport.

DELIVERY

The order can reach you:

  • by DPD courier
  • by the courier of Poczta Polska Kurier 48,
  • via InPost Parcel Lockers 24/7.

The cost of shipping is calculated depending on the size and weight of the package - we start from PLN 15 / package. Pickup in person at the showroom in Warsaw is free of charge, regardless of the value of the order.

Delivery by courier

The DPD courier delivers parcels on the next working day from the date of posting, from 9.00 to 19.00 Estimated delivery times will be included in the text message and e-mail. The courier makes two attempts to deliver the parcel, and in a situation where he does not become the recipient at the address provided, a notification will be sent by e-mail. The parcel will wait 5 days at the DPD terminal for pickup or forwarding. The parcel can be tracked on www.dpd.com.

Pickup in person

Personal collection of orders is possible in the CONCO showroom:

After completing the order, we will notify you via SMS or e-mail. The order will be waiting for collection during the opening hours of the store - for a period of 7 days. To collect the order, the name of the ordering person is required.

Saturday delivery

In urgent cases, it is possible to ship a package with Saturday delivery. In order to arrange such delivery, please contact us by phone: +48 535 346 510. The additional cost of Saturday delivery service is 45 PLN.

Shipping abroad

The cost of shipping by DPD courier to all European Union countries 80 PLN
In the case of orders to countries outside the EU, the shipping cost is 180 PLN.

Delivery to the InPost Parcel Locker 24/7

Delivery of the order in the InPost Parcel Locker 24/7 system to the selected parcel locker takes 1-2 working days from the moment of sending the parcel by CONCO.

PAYMENT

In the CONCO store, you can pay for the ordered products in many ways:

Upon delivery - you pay in cash or by card upon delivery by the courier.

Bank transfer - you pay for the ordered goods by traditional bank transfer to the account of the CONCO store. In order to identify your payment, enter the order number in the transfer title, which you will receive in the e-mail confirming its submission.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

In the event of a defect in the goods, a complaint can be made within 1 year from the date of delivery.

To return a product or submit a complaint, please:

  • Print out and fill in the relevant declaration of withdrawal from the contract in case of return or declaration of complaint in case of complaint about the product. We send the statement by e-mail at the client's request.
  • Send the product back together with the statement and proof of purchase to our address: CONCO ul. Zajączka 15, 01-510 Warsaw
  • Returned products should not be used. They should be complete and returned in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging (if any) with additional equipment and instructions. It may happen that the original packaging is lost or damaged. In such a situation, it is possible to return by withdrawing from the contract, but we will have to deduct any decrease in the value of the goods from the refund amount. We discuss each unusual case individually. When the order consisted of several items, only some of them may be returned.
  • The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the package.
